Make a Bock for Bockfest in March (DONE-Urban Circulator Doppelbock), keg some beers (DONE-American Pale, Old 49er Steam, G.G. Josie's, and Wheat-ees), make a batch of Heather Ale, make a batch of pre-prohibition lager (DONE), make a batch of Scotch Ale (DONE-Wee Heavy #22), make a spiced Belgian Ale, make a wheat beer for summer (DONE-Wheet-ees), make an Oktoberfest lager (DONE-failed) for the festival in September, make a selection of beers for Christmas (DONE-Ghost of Christmas Past Barleywine, Santa's Oatmeal Cookie Stout, and Griswold's Yule Log Spiced Christmas Ale.)
Completed Goals for 2007
I would like to make an all grain beer before the end of the year (DONE-have completed five all grain beers!) I hope to make seasonal beers for spring (DONE-made an IPA and a Belgian Ale), summer (DONE-made a hefeweizen), football (DONE-made a Scotch Ale, one of my favories), Oktoberfest (DONE-made my first lager) and Christmas (DONE-I made four beers for the holidays!.)
